Eazitax is a client-focused accountancy firm that supports sole traders and small limited companies with friendly, efficient financial services. As more of their clients preferred to communicate via WhatsApp, the team needed a way to keep using the app – while staying in control of the process. That’s when they found ClientWindow.
The Challenge: Disconnected WhatsApp Messages
The team at Eazitax had already built strong relationships with clients through WhatsApp. But their existing setup wasn’t sustainable:
- Messages were being sent to personal devices, limiting visibility for the wider team.

“We already had a WhatsApp relationship with lots of clients,” explains Gary Jacobs, CEO of Eazitax. “But we needed a way to bring that into the business in a smarter way.”
